The role

You’re the first and last impression of Ash + Olive. You keep the salon running smoothly so our artists can stay focused behind the chair.

What you'll do

Guest relations: greet and check out guests, rebook every visit, introduce memberships and take home care, and let in after hours guests in our secured building
Bridal coordination: reply to inquiries within 24 hours, send contracts, collect booking fees, and confirm timelines with the bridal team
Communications: manage the salon inbox, return calls and texts the same day, send reminders, and draft review responses
Salon coordination: open and close the desk and cash drawer, fill openings from the waitlist, track time off, and keep the front of house guest ready
Ordering: handle scheduled retail orders, monthly inventory counts, and supply orders

You'll thrive here if you are

Organized, warm, calm under pressure, and detail oriented. You're comfortable with booking software, email, and spreadsheets. Salon or hospitality experience is a plus, and no license is required.

Growth

This is a career role. Hitting your targets leads to full time hours and ownership of bridal and ordering, with room to grow into scheduling, inventory management, and training.
