J. Lee Salon Suites is Florida's largest beauty, health, and wellness community dedicated to redefining the salon suite experience for professionals and clients alike. We are looking for an outgoing Concierge Team Member to join our growing team! The Concierge is THE most important role at J. Lee Salon Suites. As our day-to-day leader, you are the communication front lines for the community and clients. The ideal person for this role feeds off of salon energy and loves the beauty and wellness industries. The Concierge is a jack (or Jill) of all trades that is passionate about redefining the salon experience for professionals AND clients alike.
Redefine the Salon Experience for Suite Owners
Run Point. Notify suite owners when their clients arrive for appointments. Offer to show clients to their suites or restroom.
Communicate. Help keep suite owners informed about news/updates within the company and community.
Supply Management. Help suite owners find supplies in the on-site dispensary. Ensure a seamless check-out process and secure payment processing.
Coordinate Events. Plan, organize, and host recognition events for suite owners. Plus, own the quarterly "appreciation treat" and make sure to celebrate the important milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
Redefine the Salon Experience for Clients
Greet & Check-in Clients. Be J. Lee's friendly, smiling face when clients walk in to our community. Make sure clients feel welcome and comfortable in our waiting area.
Hold it Down. Maintain a world-class waiting area with an unconditional focus on the clients. Offer coffee and water, show off the digs, provide professional advice, and just general chit chat :)
Get Paid. New client? Walk-in? Hook them up with a suite owner and earn commission on their first service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Restless self-starter. You will be the eyes and ears of our facilities and community.
