Salon Concierge Sales & Hospitality Specialist

The Concierge, Sales, & Hospitality Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving retail and service revenue from the front of house. The Concierge is the first and last impression of the Graeber & Company experience and plays a critical role in helping guests discover the right services, products, and long-term beauty solutions. We invest heavily in education, mentorship, and systems that elevate both our team and the guest experience. Contributing consistently to retail sales goals, rebooking and guest retention metrics Confidently recommending services, memberships, and home care routines based on guest needs Delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience during busy service periods Recognized as a trusted resource for both guests and team members Strong hospitality mindset and attention to guest experience Confidence recommending services and retail products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to add value Strong organization and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and team-first problem solving mentality
