Fully trained on Graeber & Company’s guest experience standards and service cycle Confident using salon systems including scheduling software, POS, and retail recommendations Successfully greeting, checking in, and supporting guests with a polished hospitality approach Demonstrating basic product knowledge and beginning to make retail recommendations Deliver a luxury hospitality experience from the moment guests enter the salon Greet every guest within 10 seconds and ensure efficient check-in and check-out Convert service inquiries into booked appointments Drive retail sales through product education and recommendations Support stylists and estheticians by optimizing schedules and reducing gaps Encourage guest rebooking and long-term service relationships Ensure every guest leaves with a clear home care plan when appropriate Maintain accurate notes and communication in the salon management system Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a polished, welcoming front-of-house environment Facilitate the full guest experience cycle every guest, every time Your Growth Education opportunities, mentorship, and career pathways within the salon. Prolonged periods standing or moving throughout the salon Ability to operate POS systems and scheduling software Ability to lift and organize retail inventory when needed
