Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using calendar management tools
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clear communication and support
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing and clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry
Support administrative tasks such as word processing, typing documents, and managing client communication

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Experience answering phones on multi-line systems with professional phone reception skills
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent client communication abilities
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as proofreading, data entry, and calendar management
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Personal assistant or front desk experience in a service-oriented environment is a plus
