Breza Collective Salon is looking for a motivated and professional licensed cosmetologist to join our growing salon as an independent beauty professional. This is a chair rental opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, values professionalism, and wants the freedom to grow their own clientele in a welcoming salon environment.

Rental Details
* Weekly chair rental: $150–$170 per week (based on chair selection)
* 4 chairs available
* Flexible schedule (set your own hours)

Duties
Rent and manage your own station within the salon, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that adheres to sanitation standards.
Provide high-quality hair styling, haircutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
Offer specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading to diversify your service menu.
Maintain thorough knowledge of color theory, sanitation protocols, and current trends to deliver innovative looks that keep clients coming back.
Skills
Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
Ability to work independently
Professionalism and strong client communication skills
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards per state board regulations
Established clientele preferred but not required
