Salon Care Associate

Job Summary

Full time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm With alternating Saturdays 9am-6:30pm. Every Sunday Off!!

As a Salon Care Associate, you’ll help clients feel confident and cared for by supporting salon services, maintaining a welcoming front desk, and keeping the space clean and organized. You’ll use strong customer service and client communication skills to understand needs, and recommend relevant tanning and hair products. Your impact: By supporting smooth sessions and consistent sanitation, you help clients enjoy a comfortable salon experience and enable service providers to focus on their craft.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients, manage front desk tasks, and communicate service details clearly.
Maintain clean work areas and follow salon sanitation procedures; organize supplies and assist with day-to-day salon tasks.
Help clients select tanning products, use retail math accurately, and make thoughtful recommendations and upselling suggestions.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication skills, and client communication skills; able to create a welcoming, professional experience.
Experience working in the Tanning industry is preferred. Knowledge of tanning beds, and products is an asset. (or the willingness to learn)
Able to follow sanitation practices, work collaboratively, and support clients and colleagues with care.
Have reliable transportation
Can show up in a timely manner to your shifts.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
