This is a physically active, high-accountability role that requires strong multitasking, time management, and cleaning skills. You'll handle significant cleaning, flip studios in minutes, run laundry, manage bookings, and keep three floors spotless and ready for clients, all at once.

It's perfect for someone who wants steady, predictable hours: a fixed Tuesday–Saturday evening schedule, ~32 hours a week, weekly pay, and 401(k) benefits

SCHEDULE:

Required availability: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM (all 5 days, every week)6.5-hour shifts, ~32 hours per weekApplicants who can't work all five days will not be considered.LOCATION:

Starting Rate: $21.00 per hourPerformance-based raises: Earn an extra $1.00 per hour for every perfect 90-day window (capped at $25.00 per hour)Weekly pay via direct deposit.New hires begin with a 90-day probationary periodRaises take into account impeccable punctuality, attendance, excellent job performance and a professional, cooperative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning & Laundry

Clean and sanitize studios and common areas (vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe surfaces)Launder and fold towels/capes; restock supplies in every studioEmpty trash and recycling; maintain the beverage stationScheduling & Flow

Monitor the schedule, anticipate turnovers, and clean studios quickly between bookingsTrack booking end-times, remind stylists, and coordinate extensions or check-outs to keep the day on timeJuggle cleaning, laundry, restocking, and guest support so priority tasks finish without disrupting servicesGuest Experience

Greet guests, notify stylists, and provide warm, solution-oriented customer serviceDistribute equipment; receive and deliver packages for membersOperations

Identify and report maintenance issues promptlyMaintain accurate sales or inventory records as neededUphold Mane Space standards for cleanliness, client experience, and team collaborationQUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years in salon, residential, or commercial cleaning (assistant, porter, custodian, etc.)2+ years of customer-service experienceProven multitasking and time-management skills; comfortable using scheduling software or appsStrong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysMust pass a standard background check and have U.S. work authorizationBENEFITS & PERKS:
