PBT is hiring at our Allentown location. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales people to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsult with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEnsure customers are educated onMaintain a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingPrimary Requirements:
At least 18 years of age with personal interest in tanning servicesAble to report to work on time and maintain a consistent availabilityAble to to stand, bend, walk for long periods of timeAble to lift 25 pounds without assistanceProven experience in sales and or a customer service environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsReliable transportation, flexible availabilityBenefits:
