Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and preferences.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their bookings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Educate clients on salon services, products, and promotions.
Demonstrate and sell salon products, including hair care, skincare, and makeup.
Perform basic salon services, such as shampooing, blow-drying, and styling hair.
Assist stylists and technicians with various tasks, such as mixing color, preparing treatments, and cleaning tools.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through training and education.
Uphold the salon's image and brand by adhering to dress code and professional standards.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions and events.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
