Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to and understanding clients' needs and requests.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and maintaining their desired services.
Educate clients about products and services offered by the salon.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment by regularly sanitizing and maintaining salon equipment and tools.
Work collaboratively with other salon associates to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best services to clients.
Promote and sell salon services and products to increase revenue.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies and assist in restocking when needed.
Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Follow all salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
Represent Dillard's Salon in a professional and positive manner at all times.
