Perform a variety of salon services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, in accordance with client requests and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of salon products and services, making appropriate recommendations to clients.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure their satisfaction with services provided.
Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and techniques, and continuously improve skills through training and education.
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring product levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Uphold company values and standards, and contribute to a positive and professional salon culture.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and client privacy.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by salon management.
