The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Salon Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced stylists, supporting daily salon operations, and helping deliver the elevated guest experience Be Pure is known for.

Whether you’re a recent cosmetology graduate looking to develop your skills or a licensed professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Support stylists throughout their appointments, including shampooing, color preparation, and blow-dry services.
Assist with daily salon flow and appointment transitions.
Deliver exceptional guest care and personalized service.
Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked workstations.
Assist with product preparation, inventory, and salon operations.
Participate in professional education and ongoing skill development.
Work collaboratively with our team to create a seamless guest experience.

All licensed services must be performed by appropriately licensed professionals.

What We’re Looking For

Pennsylvania cosmetology license or current cosmetology student.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in clean beauty, hair care, and wellness.

Compensation

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience.

Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
