Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Perform a variety of salon services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and other beauty treatments.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry and implement them in services.
Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend products to maintain their desired look.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including workstations, equipment, and tools.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage walk-in clients, and maintain client records.
Collaborate with other Salon Associates and stylists to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures and regulations.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to contribute to a productive and supportive team environment.
Represent Dillard's Salon and its values by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the success of the salon.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
