Assist clients in booking appointments and answering any questions they may have about salon services.
Provide exceptional customer service by attending to clients’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Perform salon services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments as needed.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and rapport.
Collaborate with other salon associates and stylists to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of salon products.
Handle client complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and service goals set by the salon.
