Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive and personalized experience.
Educate clients on the products and services offered at the salon.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the luxurious atmosphere of the salon.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on Dillard's products and services.
Collaborate with fellow salon associates to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Uphold all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Stay knowledgeable on current beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the latest and best services.
