Salon assistant/Receptionist

This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phone systems promptly, professionally managing appointment bookings, inquiries, and client support
Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, checking out appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
Cleaning after stylists.
Keeping up with laundry and dishes.
Keeping shampoo area clean.
Assistanting stylists when asked.

Requirements

Strong clerical skills including typing speed, proofreading accuracy, filing systems management, and calendar coordination
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and time management
Personal assistant or receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific salon procedures
