Salon Assistant/Junior stylist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant/Junior Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist with shampooing clients to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Support color services by preparing clients and assisting stylists as needed.
Help with salon preparation, including setting up stations, sterilizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Perform blowouts and other basic hair services if experienced, providing clients with high-quality results.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the day.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client needs are met and questions are answered professionally.
Support senior stylists during various styling and treatment procedures as required.

Experience

Prior experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
A genuine interest in hairstyling, beauty trends, and customer service is essential.
Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are important for success in this role.
Willingness to perform basic hair services such as blowouts based on your skill level and ongoing training.
