About the Position:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Salon Assistant who is eager to grow within our team and advance into a Stylist position. This role is designed as a learning and development opportunity — perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry and wants hands-on training, mentorship, and real salon experience to build a successful career behind the chair.
What You’ll Do:
Assist stylists with daily services, shampooing, blow-drying, toning, and styling
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Support stylists during color services and client transitions
Learn salon systems, client care, and product knowledge
Participate in ongoing education and shadowing opportunities
Gradually build your own clientele through hands-on training and mentorship
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed cosmetologist or current apprentice/student working toward licensure
A positive, professional attitude and passion for the beauty industry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, supportive salon environment
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
