Salon Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Manhattan Beach

Bonita Salon is seeking one part-time Front Desk Coordinator/Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage booking software
Handle client communications, including emails, messages, and coordination with staff
Support stylists and salon staff with day-to-day operations
Assisting stylists/clients with services when needed
Prepare and serve beverages for clients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Assist with light administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Must have a valid California cosmetology license or be currently enrolled in a cosmetology program
2+ years previous experience in customer service and/or phone reception required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Interest in pursuing a career in the hair/beauty industry is a plus
Availability on weekends and flexibility with schedule preferred
