Salon Assistant / Shampoo Technician

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Salon Assistant / Shampoo Technician to join a high-standard, client-focused salon environment.

At The Hair Doctor Brand, we specialize in healthy hair care and premium client experiences. Every service begins at the shampoo bowl—this role is essential to delivering the level of care and consistency our clients expect.

This is not just a support role. This is a key position in maintaining excellence within the salon.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality shampoo services with attention to scalp care and cleanlinessPrepare clients for services efficiently and professionallyAssist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environmentSupport stylist throughout services as neededReinforce product knowledge and client care during the service experienceEnsure each client feels relaxed, cared for, and valuedNon-Negotiables

Must be clean, polished, and well-groomed at all timesMust have strong personal hygieneMust be able to follow instructions exactly as trainedMust be punctual, dependable, and professionalMust be open to feedback and correctionMust take pride in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experienceIdeal Candidate

Has salon or shampoo experience (preferred but not required)Takes initiative and does not wait to be told everythingEnjoys working in a structured, professional environmentUnderstands that details matterHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicInterested in growth within the beauty industrySchedule:

Tuesday- Friday: 9am-6pmImportant
