Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Amherst is looking for a Salon Assistant / Receptionist to join our team! Welcome families and create a fun, positive first impression.Check guests in and out of appointments.Help keep appointments running smoothly by managing customer flow.Assist stylists by shampooing hair and preparing clients for services.Clean and sanitize styling stations between appointments.Keep the salon clean, organized, and stocked.Assist with birthday parties and special events.Jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for every guest.What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service skills.Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.Dependable with a strong work ethic.Comfortable working with children and families.Team player who enjoys staying busy and helping others.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Cosmetology students and aspiring stylists are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required.Schedule At Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, we make haircuts fun!
