Duties

Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Lead, motivate, and supervise salon staff to foster a positive team environment and achieve sales goals
Assist the manager with daily and weekly tasks
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Help train new stylists

Qualifications

Open and full-time availability
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent haircutting skills
Great customer service skills
