Salon Assistant – Luxury Hair Salon

L’Estetica Salon is seeking a motivated, professional, and energetic Salon Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced salon environment while working alongside experienced stylists and building a career in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Assist stylists with daily salon services
Shampoo and prepare clients for appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Fold towels and assist with salon laundry
Prepare color and treatment stations
Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with inventory organization and salon upkeep
Support salon operations as needed

Qualifications

Cosmetology students or newly licensed stylist encouraged to apply
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Team-oriented mindset
Previous salon experience preferred
