Qualifications • Enrolled in or graduated from a cosmetology program (license preferred or in progress) • Strong interest in pursuing a career in hairstyling or color • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Excellent organization and multitasking skills • Strong communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Responsibilities • Support stylists with daily services, including shampooing, blow-drying, and prepping clients • Assist with color applications and treatments as directed • Maintain cleanliness of salon, stations, and tools • Greet clients and help create a welcoming salon experience • Restock products and supplies as needed • Participate in educational classes and training sessions • Observe and learn from senior stylists to build technical skills • Help ensure smooth daily operations of the salon
