This hybrid role is designed as a hands-on career development pathway. You will gain invaluable experience in front-desk hospitality, salon management software, and client care, while receiving direct mentorship from our experienced team.
What Your Growth Journey Looks Like:
Phase 1: Client Experience & Salon Operations (Foundation)
Master luxury client hospitality greeting guests, serving refreshments, and creating a 5-star experience.
Learn modern salon scheduling, inventory control, and front-desk POS systems (Boulevard).
Build confidence in client communication, booking management, and retail product recommendation.
Phase 2: Technical Hair Care & Client Prep (Hands-On)
Perfect your shampooing techniques, scalp massages, and treatment applications (masks/toners).
Assist lead stylists with color prep, foil prep, and client sectioning.
Learn high-efficiency sanitation standards and station preparation that every top stylist relies on.
Phase 3: Fast-Track to Hair Stylist (Advancement)
As you master salon workflows and demonstrate readiness, you will be given opportunities to take on your own hair clients and transition into a full-time Hair Stylist at Avita Beauty House!

Qualifications:
Valid California Cosmetology License OR currently enrolled in an accredited program nearing completion.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for learning and growing in the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
