Salon Assistant

We're growing, with a second location opening in Hartford, CT this fall, and we're looking for a Salon Assistant to help us deliver an exceptional experience to every client who walks through our doors. The Salon Assistant is the backbone of a smooth, welcoming salon experience. You'll work hand-in-hand with our stylists to prep, support, and elevate every client visit, while also making sure the salon runs like clockwork behind the scenes. A GENUINE love for curls, people, and hospitality Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced salon environment Prior salon, cosmetology school, or client-service experience preferred (not required) Cosmetology license or current enrollment required Coachable and willing to learn our curl-specific methods and systems Positive, professional attitude, especially during busy salon hours Job will officially start in October in Hartford.
