Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with their needs

- Handle front desk duties, scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries

- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions and handle cash register operations

- Upsell salon products and services to maximize sales

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assisting a colorist

Qualifications:

-DC Cosmology License required

- Previous experience in hair services

- Strong knowledge of retail math principles for handling transactions and cash register operations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well as part of a team and assist in mentoring new team members

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
