Salon Assistant

As a Salon Assistant, you will work closely with our artists behind the chair, supporting daily services while developing your technical skills, awareness, and professionalism within a high-end salon environment. Valid California Cosmetology License Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of awareness, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Coachable, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset Professional presentation aligned with a high-end, creative salon environment Hands-on training and real-world salon experience Direct exposure to high-level artists and advanced techniques Commission on product sales + tips Opportunities to assist across a range of services and clients A structured growth path toward working behind the chair Potential opportunities for education, events, and travel This program is designed to build strong technical skills, client awareness, and professional consistency to support long-term success within the salon. Part-time to full-time based on availability Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend availability preferred Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with light lifting
