We are currently looking for a polished, organized, and welcoming receptionist to join our growing team and be the face of our brand.
Summary:
The salon receptionist position is a multi-task position that supports our salon objectives and provides our clients and staff with excellent service. The duties of the salon receptionist include but are not limited; scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, high level multi-tasking, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every client with warmth and professionalism
Manage bookings, walk-ins, and appointment flow efficiently
Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly
Support technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front area
Assist with laundry, stocking, and light cleaning duties
Promote services, upgrades, and retail products naturally
Ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of
Help maintain the calm, luxury atmosphere of the salon
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Must be able to communicate in English; read, write & speak. Other languages preferred.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak hours
Current Shifts Available: Thursdays - Sundays 9:30AM - 7:00PM
Additional Skills & Requirements:
Communication skills are utilized extensively when interacting with clients, team members, and third parties; must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
Mathematical skills, including basic calculations, percentages, and an understanding of pricing and service totals, are used regularly
Problem-solving, reasoning, organizational, and multitasking abilities are required to support daily salon operations
Ability to stay motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Must be able to learn and retain knowledge of salon services, products, and protocols
