primp. is a full-service hair salon in Charlotte’s South End, known for creative color, quality cuts, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We’re growing, and we’re looking for motivated, passionate future stylists to join primp. university, our in-house associate program.
About the Role
As a primp. Associate, you’ll work alongside our experienced stylists on the salon floor while completing structured, hands-on education led by our Head of Education. The program is designed to build your technical skills, confidence, and client experience so you can grow into a behind-the-chair stylist on our team.
What You’ll Do
Assist stylist with color application, shampoos, blowouts, and finishingKeep stations, the color bar, and the salon clean, stocked, and guest-readyHelp create a welcoming experience for every clientComplete program coursework, practical training, and skill assessmentsLearn salon systems, client consultations, and retail recommendationsPreform client services on specific service daysWhat We Offer
