Salon Assistant

Will Wyatt Concept is a luxury boutique hair salon located in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, FL. We are proud partners with Kérastase and Oribe — two of the world's leading high-end hair care brands — and we specialize in color and hair extensions.We are looking for a responsible, professional, and energetic Salon Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

Wash and prepare clients' hair before services
Assist stylists during appointments
Keep the salon clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day
Greet clients and serve coffee, tea, or water
Wash, dry, and organize towels
Maintain cleanliness of shampoo area, kitchen, and styling stations
Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience working in a hair salon is required
Blowdry experience is required — a practical wash and blowdry test will be administered
Basic English required
Tax ID or SSN required (we do not hire without proper documentation)
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment
