Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Assistant based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Salon Assistant will provide support to hair stylists and other salon staff by preparing workstations, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with client care, and providing exceptional guest hospitality. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the team and clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon's operations.

Qualifications

A current State of Ohio Cosmetology license or current enrollment in a state of ohio cosmetology programBasic knowledge of salon tools, equipment, and productsStrong organization and multitasking skillsCustomer service and communication skillsAbility to maintain a clean and sanitized work environmentTeamwork and collaboration skills to support stylists and interact with clientsProfessional appearance and punctualityHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious salon or customer service experience is a plus
