THE ROLE: We are looking for a motivated, licensed (or soon to be licensed) SALON ASSISTANT/APPRENTICE who is ready to dive into the industry and appreciates luxury and working with an affluent clientele and also understands that this is an image based business and that a professional and stylish appearance is crucial. This isn't just about sweeping floors-it's about observing high-level techniques, mastering the perfect blowout, and ensuring our guests feel pampered the moment they walk in.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Stylist Support: YOU ARE A BLOW OUT KING OR QUEEN and you love it. You will also assist lead stylists with color application, foils and prep.The Guest Experience: Providing world-class shampoo and relaxing scalp massages.Salon Flow: Keeping the space beautiful and the energy high and positive.Punctual: You understand that in a salon, if you're on time, you're late!PERKS & BENEFITS:
