We are a busy boutique salon in the Ravenswood neighborghood.

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Salon Administrator to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant salon environment.

As a key leader, you will work closely with the owners to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Your leadership will inspire our team of 13 Super Humans to deliver top-tier service, uphold high standards, and foster a positive, professional workplace.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, providing comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training & development.
Manage scheduling to optimize shift coverage and maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory management in tandem with the Inventory Manager including maintaining effective visual displays.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Experience

Supervisory experience within a retail or service environment, preferably in a salon or beauty industry setting.
Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.
Experience with inventory control, POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales operations.
Interest in employee recruitment, interviewing, training & development, and performance management.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
