About the Role
We are an established Los Angeles distributor of professional hair salon and barber product lines, looking to bring on one experienced outside sales rep to grow our presence across the LA area salon and barber market. This is a commission-only opportunity for a rep who already has solid relationships with hair salon or barber owners in LA and wants to add an exclusive, high-quality line to their bag.
Responsibilities
Build and grow a territory of hair salon or barber accounts across Los Angeles
Introduce product line to existing relationships and open new accounts
Manage reorder and account retention
Submit orders through company system; warehouse handles fulfillment
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records in company CRM
Represent the brand professionally across the territory
Required Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience selling professional hair salon or barber products in Los Angeles
Established book of 50+ active hair salon or barber accounts in the LA market
Strong English communication skills; Spanish strongly preferred
Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, clean driving record, current auto insurance
Smartphone with data plan for field-based CRM and order entry
Full-time field availability
No active non-compete or non-solicitation agreement preventing representation of this product line
Compensation & Structure
30% flat commission on net sales (gross sales minus returns and credits)
No base salary
Commission paid bi-weekly or monthly on collected revenue
Rep covers own gas, phone, and vehicle expenses
Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
