What You 'll Do: We are currently seeking Sales Consultants to join us in providing an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services PRO internal and external customers. * Other duties as assigned. Who You Are: * Highly developed sense of responsibility * Proven record of 1+ years of success in sales * Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial * High Social Media Acumen * Being customer service-oriented * Proficiency with conflict resolution * Moderate to Proficient with the Use of Numbers * High Proficiency with the use of computers and software systems * Proficient Verbal and Written Communication * Daily travel to client locations * Stand and/or sit continuously * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds What We Are Offering: * Unlimited commission potential, based on a percentage of total monthly sales * Bonus and incentive opportunities based on specific performance targets * Time Off Package including sick, vacation, and holidays * Full Medical Benefits Package, including Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and More!
