We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is dependable, motivated, and excited to grow with a company that invests in its people. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, teamwork, and building relationships with guests.

As a Sales Associate, you will support the success of our team by helping guests discover services and products that fit their needs, managing the guest experience from beginning to end, and creating connections that keep clients coming back.

What You’ll Do

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest and team memberManage guest check-in and check-out while providing exceptional serviceSchedule and manage appointments through phone, email, and online communicationSupport service providers by helping maintain organized schedules and client relationshipsRecommend services, products, and gift cards to enhance each guest’s experienceAssist guests with retail purchases and product educationConfidently communicate promotions, services, and recommendations to guestsHandle guest questions and concerns professionally and proactivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail areaParticipate in team meetings, education, and professional development opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For

Someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiencesStrong communication and organization skillsReliable, consistent, and committed to being part of a teamComfortable with sales conversations and recommending products/servicesA proactive problem solver who takes ownershipPrevious customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferredSalon/spa experience or booking software knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right personWhy Riversong?
