We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Field Service Representative to represent a top haircare brand in retail locations. In this role, you will ensure brand presence in stores, educate customers, support retail staff, and help drive sales through demonstrations and events.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and replenishing displays
Maintain strong brand presence with attractive, well-organized merchandising
Report inventory needs and share insights with the corporate team

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

Educate customers on professional styling tools and haircare products
Demonstrate styling techniques and encourage trials
Provide samples and promotions to increase brand awareness
Lead in-store activations, demos, and seasonal beauty events

Training & Relationship Building

Train store associates on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff
Serve as the go-to brand expert for both customers and the store team

Event Execution & Brand Promotion

Organize and execute in-store events, including product launches and promotions
Partner with store teams to deliver engaging customer experiences
Gather customer and staff feedback to share with brand leadership

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about haircare, styling, and beauty innovation
Strong communication and sales skills – confident engaging with customers and training staff
Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and manage multiple locations
Retail experience preferred – especially in haircare, beauty, or department store environments
Reliable transportation required – must be comfortable traveling between stores
