Retail Experience Manager

Through merchandising excellence, education, coaching, and collaboration, you will strengthen the connection between product, service, and guest care across the entire JUUT organization. Partner with salon leadership teams to assess retail presentation and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide event guidance, merchandising support, communication tools, and best practices to salon leaders and guest service teams. Strong understanding of visual merchandising, product presentation, and retail guest engagement.
