Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

This position is the first point of contact for our clients, so providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere is essential. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role also supports daily salon operations, assists with customer concerns, maintains cleanliness in the reception area, and helps create simple social media content. Recommend salon services or retail products when appropriateTake photos or short videos of nail work for social media contentCreate at least one short promotional video per week for the salon’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok)Opening & Closing Duties Open or close the salon when scheduledPrepare the front desk for the day and review appointmentsEnsure the salon is secured and organized at closingQualifications
