We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized salon coordinator to join our salon and spa team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team and create a welcoming experience for our guests. The coordinator must be available at 8:30 AM daily to open the salon and prepare for the day. Answer phone calls and emails Schedule guest appointments Greet guests upon arrival Offer beverages to guests Assist with salon cleaning tasks Restock color and supplies Help monitor and check inventory throughout the week Refill shampoo and conditioner stations Support staff when they need assistance or are running behind Keep up with laundry Wash dishes and color bowls when you notice it’s needed One week of paid training will be provided to learn our booking system, become familiar with the team, and understand how our salon and spa operates.
