Cure Waterless Nail Spa | Greensboro, NC

Pay: $14-$16/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Part-Time]
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Some Saturdays

About the Role

Cure Waterless Nail Spa is looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Receptionist / Salon Assistant to support our growing team.

This person will help manage the day-to-day flow of the salon, assist clients, support our nail professionals, maintain inventory and retail areas, and help keep the front and back of the spa organized.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable multitasking, and naturally looks for ways to help without always needing to be told what to do.

This is not a nail technician position. No nail license is required.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet and check in clientsAnswer and return phone calls, texts, and emailsAssist clients with booking and appointment questionsConfirm appointments and help manage schedule changesCheck clients out and process paymentsAssist with client concerns and communicate issues to management when necessaryMaintain a professional, welcoming front desk experienceScheduling & Appointment Support

Monitor the daily appointment scheduleHelp fill openings and cancellationsContact waitlisted clients when appointments become availableMake sure appointments are booked with the appropriate professional and serviceAssist with deposits, confirmations, and client account updatesHelp keep the schedule organized and running efficientlyRetail & Sales

Assist clients with retail purchases and product questionsMaintain clean and organized retail displaysRestock products as neededHelp promote current packages, memberships, specials, and retail productsSupport monthly retail and package sales goalsInventory & Organization

Monitor salon and retail inventoryRestock manicure and pedicure suppliesAssist with regular inventory countsIdentify low-stock items before supplies run outReceive and organize incoming products and suppliesHelp keep storage and backroom areas organizedSalon Support

This is a hands-on salon environment, so the role is not limited to sitting at the front desk.

When needed, responsibilities may include:

Folding and organizing towelsRestocking technician stations and cartsKeeping common areas clean and organizedPreparing the salon for openingAssisting with end-of-day closing dutiesMaintaining the beverage/client areaSupporting technicians between appointmentsHelping ensure the spa remains client-ready throughout the dayWhat We're Looking For

Friendly and comfortable communicating with clientsProfessional in person, by phone, text, and emailOrganized and detail-orientedReliable and punctualComfortable multitasking in a busy environmentAble to work independently and take initiativeComfortable learning new technology and booking systemsSales-minded without being overly pushyWilling to help wherever neededAble to handle client concerns calmly and professionallyA team player who understands that maintaining the salon is a shared responsibilityPrevious experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, medical office, front desk, receptionist, or customer service environment is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Experience with scheduling software, POS systems, inventory, retail sales, or administrative work is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $16$18/hour, based on experience.
