Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in person, phone, email, and chat
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage client check-in and check-out
Process payments and maintain front desk operations
Assist with retail product, wig, and hair care sales
Support salon staff and ensure an exceptional client experience
Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Work closely with salon assistants and stylists to help keep daily operations running smoothly
Assist salon assistants with light salon duties and shared responsibilities as needed
Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and team-oriented work environment
Experience
Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and scheduling software skills
Must be a team player who works well with others
Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hairdressing, salon, hair replacement, wig, or beauty industry experience is a plus
Social Media skills a plus
