The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Adult Day Services program, ensuring compliance with Alaska Department of Health regulations, Medicaid requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards of care. This leadership position oversees staff, participant services, program quality, regulatory compliance, financial operations, and community partnerships while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for participants and their families. Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Adult Day Services program. Participant Services Experience with Medicaid waiver programs, healthcare administration, adult day services, senior services, or community-based care preferred.
