Deliver high-quality services through client consultations and effective service techniques.Engage in authorized local marketing initiatives, promoting seasonal events and client appreciation activities.Guide clients on proper home hair care and recommend services/products to enhance their hairstyle longevity.Provide exemplary customer service to ensure every client leaves satisfied and eager to return.Conduct thorough consultations, including providing the final service price before starting.Complete administrative tasks, including managing POS system transactions and scheduling appointments.Foster open communication with clients, team members, and corporate support staff.Meet or exceed Regis' productivity standards consistently.Be adaptable and willing to perform a variety of salon services.Maintain flexibility with your work schedule, including possible night and weekend shifts.Participate in required training sessions to enhance your technical skills.Uphold Regis policies and salon operational procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.Skills in marketing yourself and the salon to build your clientele.Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Ability to multitask and manage salon duties efficiently.Dedication to learning new techniques and staying updated with hair trends.Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting (10-15 pounds), bending, and standing for extended periods.Experience:

Stylist-in-Training: Must be within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.Stylist: Must possess a valid and current cosmetology or barber's license.Education Requirements:

Maintain a valid cosmetology or barber's license (or graduate in less than 90 days).All Stylists/Stylists-in-Training are required to complete training as determined by Regis.*Participation in the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program and receiving a certificate upon completion is mandatory for all Supercuts Stylists/Stylists-in-Training.Work Location: Onsite at Salon Location.
