GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Stylist is responsible for connecting with guests, assessing their hair care needs, and recommending suitable products and services. By delivering high-quality services focused on the overall look of the guest, you will support the Experience Manager (EM) and the Assistant Services Manager (ASM) in achieving our performance and guest service goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute a variety of hair services including cuts, color, styling, treatments, and makeup applications while ensuring guest satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales goals by providing exceptional guest service and contributing to overall store goals. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to enhance your consultation and recommendations. Participate in the execution of in-store events and promotions aimed at delivering outstanding experiences to our guests. Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment, adhering to all safety standards and Ulta Beauty procedures. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Valid cosmetology license. Previous salon experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guests. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.30 per hour or service pay per the Company’s Services Compensation Plan. Full-time positions are eligible for comprehensive benefits, while part-time roles also offer select benefits. We look forward to your application!
