Deliver top-notch services by consulting with clients and utilizing the appropriate techniques.Participate in approved local marketing initiatives such as seasonal events and client appreciation activities.Educate clients about proper hair care and recommend products and services to maintain their hairstyles between visits.Ensure excellent customer service to build client loyalty and satisfaction.Provide thorough consultations, including stating final service prices upfront.Timely complete all necessary administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and ticket management.Communicate effectively and positively with clients, team members, leaders, and corporate support.Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.Willingness to perform all services offered at the salon.Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including potential nights and weekends.Attend required technical training sessions.Adhere to Regis policies and salon-specific operational procedures.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Skill in marketing oneself within the community and salon to build clientele.Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Consistent and excellent customer service skills.Proficient at multitasking to efficiently complete salon duties.Willingness to learn and stay updated on new techniques and hair trends.Physical ability to perform tasks that may include bending, lifting (10-15 pounds), and standing for extended periods.Experience:

Stylist-in-Training: Recently graduated or within 90 days of graduation from cosmetology school.Stylist: Possession of a valid, current cosmetology or barber's license.Education:

Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber's license (or be within 90 days of graduation).All Stylists/Stylists-in-Training must complete assigned training as determined by Regis.*All Supercuts Stylists must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy program and receive a certificate of completion.Work Location:
