Deliver quality styling services by consulting with clients and utilizing appropriate techniques.Engage in local marketing efforts and seasonal promotions.Educate clients on hair care and recommend products to maintain their style.Maintain exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct thorough consultations and communicate final service pricing upfront.Complete administrative tasks swiftly and accurately, including scheduling and point-of-sale operations.Foster positive relationships with clients and team members, supporting a collaborative environment.Aim to exceed productivity goals set by Regis.Willingness to perform all salon services as needed.Maintain flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts.Attend required training sessions to enhance skills.Comply with Regis policies and salon operational procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Stylist-in-Training: Must be within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.Stylist: Must possess a valid cosmetology or barber's license.Education:

Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber's license (or be 90 days or less from graduation).Completion of all assigned training by Regis is mandatory.*All Supercuts Stylists must complete the Hair Stylist Academy program and receive certification.Work Location:
