Deliver high-quality services through effective consultations and appropriate techniques.Engage in local marketing efforts like coupon campaigns and client appreciation events.Educate clients on proper home hair care and recommend products/services for their maintenance.Exhibit excellent customer service to foster client loyalty.Provide precise consultations, including the final cost of services prior to commencement.Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as managing appointment schedules.Communicate positively with all clients, team members, and corporate support.Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks set by Regis.Be willing to perform all salon services.Maintain flexibility in shift scheduling to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.Participate in all required training sessions.Adhere to Regis policies and salon operational procedures, including effective salon maintenance and cleanliness.Required Skills and Abilities

Stylist-in-Training: Within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.Stylist: Valid and current cosmetology or barber’s license required.Education

Must possess a cosmetology or barber’s license (or be within 90 days of graduation).All Stylists/Stylists-in-Training must complete assigned training as specified by Regis.Participation in the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program is mandatory for SC Stylists/Stylists-in-Training, culminating in a certificate of completion.Work Location - Onsite at Salon Location.
